DailyPay – Sanford Health partners with DailyPay, an on demand pay provider, to give you more control over the timing of your pay. You can enroll at any time enabling you to receive a portion of your pay before pay day.

Paid Time Off – Our paid time off program provides flexibility for time away from work for personal time, holidays, and illness. PTO accrual rates increase the longer you’re employed – and your balance will carry over from year to year.

Compassionate Leave – We offer additional paid time away from work to bereave the death of a relative.

Continuing Education – We offer a variety of continuing education credits such as American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC contact hours, social work contact hours, Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits, and National Association of Long-Term Care Administrators Board (NAB) for long-term care sites. Educational offerings cover many specialties and are offered in-person and virtually. Many of these offerings are free of charge or at reduced costs for our employees.
